Legal Counsel for Railway Employees can be (and often is) of a very different nature than typical Legal cases. The workplace can come under several jursdictions, and also is covered under FELA.FELA is a series fo federal laws which give railroad empoyees the right to recover damages from their employers. The BMWED National Division in Southfield, MI has its own general counsel for statutory matters arising out of the RAILWAY LABOR ACT. For FELA cases Bob Naumes is designated legal counsel for the BMWED.
